With Business Women from Prishtina municipality, was held the training on ”Financial Management”.
The seminar was organized on behalf of ”Women in Business” program, by the Business Consultants Council and funded by the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and EBRD Advice for Small Businesses in Kosovo in cooperation with TEB Bank.
The lecturer who conducted the training is an expert on the field: Violeta Haxhillazi from Mazars Albania & Kosovo.
The seminar purpose was to increase the knowledge of women in business on Financial Management know how’s, help them identify the proper tools and methods for their business operation and assess the current capacities.
Apart from the training, the participants had the opportunity to fulfill the professional questionnaire ”Business Lens” for assessing their business strengths and weaknesses, on particular focus with the capacities of their services, receiving a scores report on submission of data.
