Business Consultants Council and PPSE Program Swisscontact have brought the international professional program: Growth Hacking, Business Reinvention and Digital Transformation with some of the brightest minds for business growth, on 25th and 26th of October in Prishtina.
This program was dedicated to all individuals who run a business or plan to start a new one, in order to learn about reinvention strategies for the aim to not make businesses sink, digital transformation using the examples of world-wide known big companies who did so, and how use hacking samples for business growth.
Its purpose includes equipping participants with knowledge, methodology and know-hows for business ideas by using identification of the problems and creating the ‘’grow focus’’. Training itself has introduced the ‘’Titanic Syndrome’’ based on the book with the same name, to give the highlights of strategies for businesses risk-assessment.
Secondly, participants were separated into groups to intensively work on ‘’Business Canvas’’ model focusing on a particular business model, and how that analysis process could help their own business regardless of the sector.
Trainers: Ina Kukovic Borovnik and Matija Torlak from Slovenia have hold the training for 33 participants from different business sectors, unboxing some of the most valuable know-hows and strategies for business reinvention.A special thank you note to PPSE Program Swisscontact for sponsoring the entire program.
