In the month of women, USAID Kosovo Compete Activity, organized a dynamic roundtable discussion on Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) with associations and industry partners.
The Business Consultants Executive Director – Teuta Beselica has participated in this meeting, providing insights and information about the development of the Management Consulting, Entreprenuership and Digital Transformation, and the role of women on it.
During this productive meeting, many perspectives were shared regarding the opportunities and barriers on women’s economic empowerment and entrepreneurship.
There was a lively debate about the priority areas in strengthening industry associations, enhance knowledge transfer and exploration of potential future activities.
