Meet our Certified Digital Transformation Expert CDTE – Besar Spahija.
During his career, Besar has been involved in significant projects, including the turnkey implementation of mobile broadband networks for Kosovo’s operators across various technologies: GSM, 3G, 4G and the pioneering 5G deployment.
Recently he has spearheaded the implementation of Kosovo’s first commercial 5G project as a Project Manager.
Working for 8 years in the TV media broadcasting technology, he kept the position of technical director for national television, Kohavision. Besar represented the technical group of Kosovo TV broadcasters under the governance of the Independent Media Commission (IMC) and participated to prepare the National Strategy for Digitalization of National Terrestrial Broadcasting project.
Besar has been an active member of various local and regional ICT organizations and associations, contributing in workshops, conferences and preparation of relevant reports aimed at enhancing the ICT ecosystem and Digital Transformation in the public sector of Kosovo.
