Meet our Certified Digital Transformation Expert CDTE – Dafinë Arifi.
Dafina has more than 10 years of work experience and is known for her expertise in the intersection between technology and business. She is a partner and CEO at DXA by RENER L.L.C., a company that specializes in innovative digital solutions, IT consulting, digital transformation, and IT business analysis. Additionally, she co-founded Women in Data Kosovo (WIDK), a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering women in Data Science & Analytics.
Dafina earned her bachelor’s degree from RIT Kosovo (RITK) in Management and Economics and pursued her master’s studies at Saunders College of Business, part of RIT in New York, in Accounting and Management Information Systems. She was one of the beneficiaries of the Transformational Leadership Program (TLP), a collaboration between USAID and the government of Kosovo, through which her studies in the USA were financed.
Throughout her career, Dafina has held positions at reputable firms such as Deloitte, Elba Technologies GmbH, and PECB Group, where she served in roles ranging from Senior Tax Advisor to lead business analyst for Robotic Process Automation, and later as supervisor of the Software Business Analysts department.
