Bardha Ajvazi është njëra ndër themeluesit e agjencionit të marketingut digjital Brandfluence, njëkohësisht edhe Drejtoreshë Ekzekutive.
Bardha ka të përfunduar MBA në Universitetin Anglez Staffordshire University, poashtu është certifikuar si Certified Digital Transformation Expert dhe ka përfunduar trajnime/ certifikime të ndryshme për Digital Marketing dhe sisteme menaxhuese ISO.

Përvoja e saj profesionale e cila ka filluar që më shumë se 8 vite, lidhet me Menaxhim të Projekteve, vecanërisht në fushën e Marketingut. Ajo ka punuar dhe kontribuar në kompani dhe industri të ndryshme vendore edhe të huaja, si në agjencione kreative, kompani të certifikimeve profesionale, telekomunikacion etj.
Bardha poashtu është anëtare në rrjetin WOMENinSTEM Kosovo, e cila qëllimin kryesor ka ngritjën dhe zhvillimin e grave në fushat STEM.

Bardha Ajvazi is one of the founders of Brandfluence, one of the digital marketing agencies in Kosovo, as well as the Executive Director.

Bardha has earned an MBA at Staffordshire University, and is a Digital Transformation Expert. She has completed trainings/certifications for Digital Marketing and ISO management systems.
Her professional experience, which began more than 8 years ago, is related to Project Management, especially in the field of Marketing. She has worked and contributed to various local and foreign companies and industries, such as creative agencies, professional certification companies, telecommunications, etc.

Bardha is also a member of the WOMENinSTEM Kosovo network, whose main goal is the promotion and development of women in STEM fields.
